A student at Darien High School, Logan collaborated with his school’s esteemed music program and the Tri-M Music Honor Society, led by Director Jane Minnis, to raise funds and awareness for Project Music. As Darien’s Tri-M’s student president, Logan decided to use this holiday season as an opportunity to spread holiday joy and benefit Project Music.
Exciting News: Daniela Carias Admitted to YOLA National Institute!
We are thrilled to announce that Daniela Carias, a talented clarinetist and dedicated musician, has been admitted to the prestigious YOLA National Institute! A student at Project Music for over seven years, Daniela will join a select group of young musicians this February in Los Angeles for an immersive residency.

A 5’8” ebony Baldwin grand piano, once a cherished centerpiece in the home of Susan DiMattia, found a new purpose through the shared vision and generosity of local organizations.Susan DiMattia, former president of Stamford’s Friends of the Ferguson Library, a former PROJECT MUSIC Board member, and a longtime supporter of the organization, donated the well-loved instrument to PROJECT MUSIC.

We’re thrilled to share that Project Music recently participated in the YOLA National Accelerator program, an invitation-only initiative hosted by the LA Phil from November 7-10. This all-expenses-paid experience brought together leaders from a select group of transformative music programs, including our own Executive Director, Gabrielle Molina, and Program Director, Pedro Falcon, for an immersive gathering dedicated to advancing youth music education.
