Project Music Partners with Columbia University: A Data-Driven Collaboration

Project Music is thrilled to announce our partnership with Columbia University's Teachers College for their Strategic Data Analysis course. This collaboration offers an exciting opportunity for us to delve into our patron database with the expertise of students from the M.A. Arts Administration program. Through hands-on analysis, we aim to uncover valuable insights that will benefit both our organization and the students' learning experience.

Our commitment involves participating in a series of engaging sessions, including an intake meeting to discuss strategic questions, reviewing and providing feedback on the analysis plan, and sharing our CRM data with the student consulting team. We'll culminate the collaboration with a presentation where the team will present their findings and recommendations, allowing us to further refine our strategies.

This partnership underscores our dedication to leveraging data-driven approaches in arts administration while providing valuable learning opportunities for aspiring professionals. We're excited to see the results of this collaboration and look forward to maximizing the value it brings to Project Music
