Noelle Debes

Noelle Debes is excited to join the PROJECT MUSIC team as Development Director. She brings a deep passion for organizations that support children and young adults, most recently working with a grief‑education center and several schools in Bridgeport. Earlier in her career, Noelle spent over a decade at NYC advertising agencies before moving into marketing and development consulting for schools and small businesses in Fairfield County.

Noelle earned her BA in English from Providence College, and is an active member of the school's Alumni Association. When she’s not at PROJECT MUSIC, she enjoys attending concerts with her husband and friends, listening to her son’s college radio show, and watching her daughter perform in her high school's drama productions. Noelle once had her own "moment” on a Broadway stage—very briefly—in 1978 during a casting call for Annie the Musical.

She looks forward to sharing the powerful success stories of PROJECT MUSIC musicians as the organization continues to grow.
